Former New York State Boxing Commissioner Joins UNESCO Project to Work With Youth in Eastern Europe.

"Randy Gordon's participation in this year's UNESCO project was a high-point of the program. Randy 's background as an Athletic Commissioner, magazine editor, author, ring announcer and trainer were a perfect fit with this year's sports and writing programs. In addition to his professional accomplishments Randy also brought his passion for working with people and youth which has been a key part of his life and achievements throughout his careers. In addition to professional and motivational presentations, Randy also left many strong impressions on the youth with valuable life lessons that they will carry with them for many years to come, " said World Genesis Foundation President and CEO , David Lewis Anderson.
Randy Gordon is also the sponsor of the "Chess-in-the-Schools" partnership and initiative which has continued to grow since its initial launch in last year, reaching hundreds of youth across Romania.
The World Genesis Foundation was founded on November 30, 1999 and is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to a vision and mission to "leave no child without hope for the future." Headquartered in Santa Fe, NM USA, the foundation supports activities worldwide to create educational, scientific and cultural opportunities for youth with a special focus in areas of the world where these opportunities are limited or do not exist.
