The World Genesis Foundation announced today the launch of a new team effort to expand art education programs for youth at a UNESCO youth project in Eastern Europe.

"This year's program will see a very wide expansion of art instruction classes for youth. New programs will include drawing, painting, photography, mask making, Irish dance, bead craft, sculpture and more. What is most interesting is the size of the team effort. This years art team includes seven instructors including Aurel Manole, Heather Caton, Sammi Poon, Karen Poon, Amanda Poon, Paul Rosner, and Mircea Nanu Muntean. The youth attending the academy will have many choices in this year's art program and we are very grateful to these instructors for their commitment to the program and the youth," said World Genesis Foundation President and CEO, David Lewis Anderson.

Next steps for the art program development include plans being led by Heather Caton, Art Program Coordinator, to review the possibilities of launching educational programs in interactive art that can be integrated with the Summer Academy program.

The World Genesis Foundation was founded on November 30, 1999 and is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to a vision and mission to "leave no child without hope for the future."  Headquartered in Santa Fe, NM USA, the foundation supports activities worldwide to create educational, scientific and cultural opportunities for youth with a special focus in areas of the world where these opportunities are limited or do not exist.
