United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization of United States Recognizes World Genesis FDN

World Genesis Foundation Headquarters
The World Genesis Foundation announced today it received
formal recognition accrediting it as an United Nations
Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)
Club in the United States. The letter was issued by Mr. Guy
Djoken, Chair of the United States UNESCO Clubs Working Group
and Executive Director of the UNESCO Center for Peace.
"We look forward to the continued growth of our mission and partnership to promote the ideals of UNESCO togehter with UNESCO America, the UNESCO Center of Peace and all UNESCO Clubs and Associations," said World Genesis Foundation President and CEO, Heather A. Caton.
The World Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centers, and Associations (WFUCA) represents a network of over 3,800 UNESCO clubs in more than 80 nations worldwide that align themselves with the UNESCO goal, “contribute to peace and security in the world by promoting collaboration among nations through Education, Science, Culture, and Communication in order to further universal respect for justice, for the rule of law and for the human rights and fundamental freedoms which are affirmed for the peoples of the world, without distinction of race, sex, language, or religion."
The World Genesis Foundation was founded on November 30, 1999 and is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to a vision and mission to "leave no child without hope for the future." Headquartered in Santa Fe, NM USA, the foundation supports activities worldwide to create educational, scientific and cultural opportunities for youth with a special focus in areas of the world where these opportunities are limited or do not exist.
