people from around the world, we look forward to the next 20
years and what it will bring,” said Sorin.
The Academy is a fun, exciting and unique learning experience, one of its only kind in the world. It brings together hundreds of youth and world experts in many areas of science, culture, life, and learning all in a wilderness nature setting. Without the distractions of the material world, participants are given the opportunity to study and learn, side-by-side with world experts, with a clarity, focus and inner peace that is not easy to find in traditional classrooms. These areas of study touch and explore the most important issues and sciences shaping our world today and tomorrow.
Keeping in line with the ideals of UNESCO, Atlantykron Summer academy greatly promotes UNESCO core goals to contribute to the creation of sustainable development and intercultural dialogue by promoting collaboration among nations through education, science, culture and communication; with participation from over 400 youth from around the world, in addition to academicians, UNESCO officials, experts, public officials and other dignitaries. Atlantykron Summer Academy works with partners such as The Center for Complexity Studies and is organized with World Genesis Foundation.
